Travelling in Thailand and watching a street seller make ice cream rolls gave Lindsay the inspiration she needed to return to the UK and set up a new business. Until very recently you would find the little Ice Chef truck at festivals, weddings and events but now she operates from a permanent residence as well in Charminster, Bournemouth.
Set on the corner of a little parade of shops the opening launch saw the little shop bursting at the seams. It's something many people won't of seen before and quite mesmerising to watch.
The ice rolls are delicious and if your a grown up the alcoholic versions are pretty special too. Lindsay clearly has an artistic flare as everything she produces looks pretty Instagramable as well as darn tasty.
Pancakes, smoothies, shakes, coffee, iced coffee can all be found in this little shop and the menu is set to have new additions with the changing seasons.
