The Cliff-Refurbished

The Cliff in Poole reopened earlier this month after undergoing a complete refurbishment. I was lucky to be able to attend the launch event along with my sister.

I really loved the the new decor and can imagine the private dining area becoming a real hit for those looking for an intimate place to celebrate a special occasion.

We tried a selection of small plates from the menu including the gorgeously sticky bao buns, pan fried wild scallops, king prawns with chill and feta and the tempura squid.

Honestly we should of stopped there but we were encouraged to try more! What is a girl to do? I opted for the steak and my sister chose the caesar salad with literally all the toppings!

I can't speak highly enough of the food and staff it was all top quality, considering the high volume of customers ordering on the first full night my hat is definitely off to the kitchen staff too.

The Cliff is a little of the beaten track unless you know the area but it is definitely worth adding to your must visit list.
